What we collect

Your contact and location details, professional experience, learning interests, availability, training budget range, goals, and application acknowledgment. Phone number and additional comments are optional. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, or confidential employer information.

Why we use it

Mulo Group uses this information to review your application, plan the cohort, contact you about admission, and organize onboarding if you are admitted. Submitting an application does not create an LMS account or confirm a place.

Storage and access

Applications are stored in the website’s hosted database. Administrative access is restricted to authorized Mulo administrators. Review decisions and onboarding updates are recorded in an activity history. Approved learner information may be exported by administrators for LMS onboarding. Submission abuse controls temporarily retain a daily hashed network identifier.

Learning workspace

If you create an LMS account, we store your name, email, password hash, session records, course assignments, progress, assessment answers and scores, and course discussion posts in hosted storage. Instructors can review learner progress and manage course access. Uploaded learning materials are held in protected file storage. Course-library search uses the courses available to your account; it does not send questions to an external AI model. LMS accounts and Academy applications remain separate records.

Your choices

To request a correction, withdraw your application, or ask for deletion, contact Academy@mulogroup.com using the email associated with your application. We may need to verify the request before changing a record. No optional marketing subscription is included in this form.
